Did you know that Provo has a Leatherby's? Amanda and I went to see her friend, Brent's new house in Utah county and hit up the Leatherby's after. I had the delicious Rainbow Sherbet. Amanda usually gets the vanilla with carmel, but they were all out of vanilla. What ice cream business runs out of vanilla? It's absurd I tell you.

On our way to Colorado, we stopped at the Nephi Taco Time. Well, apparently their fryer was down. So, what do you have? They had no substitutes. It was too sad to order anything other than a crisp burrito, so we went to the Wendy's instead.
One time we went to A&W to get floats . . . They were out of ROOTBEER. Come on now. Rootbeer?

mmm... Leatherby's. Yet another thing that I am excited to get back to Utah for. Jealous!!
