No really...it's so easy that I can even make it. For Tami:
2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 C Melted Margarine or Butter
1 Pkg (8 oz) Softened Cream Cheese
2 T Milk
1 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 t Vanilla
2 C Whipped Topping
1 can Cherry Pie Filling
In a 19x13x2-inch pan, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted margarine. Use a fork and level well, then press firmly in bottom of pan (or just cheat and buy a crust). Combine and mix until smooth the cream cheese, milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread over cracker crumbs. Then cover with chilled cherry pie filling. Chill 2 hours. Makes 18 to 24 serving.
It's so tasty it has ruined all other cheesecakes for me. Enjoy!

Yummy! Thanks for sharing.
No to be a buzz kill, but if you use splenda and almonds in place of graham you can make this very south beach! Swith for fresh or frozen berries :)
