My sweet friend, Macie, is in L.O.V.E. We had a girls dinner at Olive Garden to hear all about it. Steph was ecstatic.
A friend of ours from the ward waited on us.
Talk about upsell.
I love nights like this. Love the wonderful feeling that comes when two incredible people find each other. We took bets on how long until there was a ring on her finger. Steph won me by two weeks. Stay tuned for wedding photos.
Speaking of getting married, my good friend Amy was headed home for such an activity in a couple of weeks, so on one Sunday evening we decided to go hang out at the park near our homes.
I always have my camera...
for such photo ops as this.
Marin & Amy and a couple of my favorites for sure.
Also, I love summer evenings in Utah. They're pretty close to perfection. :)
The morning we were going to look at two apartments, Marin invited us over for omelets. Can I tell you that I have never tasted an omelet so good! Thanks Marin. Hey, that's my roommate! I know you are jealous. And you should be. :)
Seems as though this new phase in my life, has me repeating steps I've already taken. One of those would be attending all of my friends' weddings. Most everyone was married off...now I'm starting all over again. Macie and I went to Brett & JaNea's reception in Bountiful. This was the first of an anticipated eight this year. Two of which are out of this country. My-oh-my.
Their desserts looked so incredible. It made for a very difficult decision.
This was such a great series. We were so close. This is about when we came back. Highly entertaining. I couldn't record anything else after this, it was way too intense. The guy in the middle in yellow, Juice, is the only Laker fan at the party. It makes for some friendly rivalry.
So it was time to move again. Making it my fifth move in three years. Boo.
These two crazy girls, Jen & Marin, rescued me from my previous situation that turned for the worst after Steph moved home.
We searched through a lot of apartments, but we were being quite specific with area, price, and space. We would end up at Chili's discussing our findings of the day. We ended up finding two places on one day. Unknown as to which we would choose if we had the choice. Fortunatly, God made the decision for us and we moved into our new apartment at the first of June. (Stay tuned for future moving post)
Sometimes we get to do really neat service projects with our ward. This particular time, we prepped a community garden for planting. The food is given to the homeless families.
Korin, Amy, and Marin speeding along with their stakes and rocks. Trouble. Levi, Tami, Juice, Meryl. Smoothing our path along the way.
Finished just before it got too dark. What a team!
I love opportunities like this. Wish they came along more often.

Thanks Becky. I haven't done one of these in a long time. And am having a hard time focusing at work today. :)
